Notarized copies of identity documents are accepted. Documents issued in
breakaway regions are not accepted by default.
Document Requirements
ID documents must contain:- Owner full name
- Date of birth
- Photo
- Signature (if applicable)
- Document number
- Validity data (issue date or validity period)
Photo Requirements
The ID document photo must meet the following requirements:- Original photo (static image) or scan — not a screenshot or photo uploaded from social networks
- File format: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, or HEIC
- Both sides required if the document has data on front and back
- File size: No less than 100 KB or 300 DPI
- Color photo
- All information must be readable
- All corners of the document visible — no foreign objects or graphic elements
- Not edited with any software or converted to PDF
- Physical document (digital documents are not accepted in most cases)
