Transfer fiat currency from an onramp bank account to cryptocurrency.
The transfer type may vary depending on the onramp rail being used:

Quote-Based Transfers: These transfers require a pre-generated quote, which you can accept through the Accept Quote endpoint to initiate the transfer.
You can also refresh the quote using the Refresh Quote endpoint to update to the latest conversion rate. To learn more about quote-based transfers, click here. -
Non-Quote-Based Transfers: These transfers do not require a pre-generated quote, and the conversion rate will be applied at the time of processing.
Note: sourceAccountId is not required for some rails, as deposit information will be generated for you to deposit funds. Currently, only South America onramp transfers do not require a sourceAccountId.
